Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all garments are in their original, unwashed condition with tags intact.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
